Modex takes already high quality data and puts it through our own quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure out clients have the highest quality data available. Our internally processed data is then sent back to our data providers to ensure that we have a strong working relationship.

Excluding Filter

Not only can you look for specific results in filtering, but you can also exclude specific results. Exclude certain geographies, companies, and loan officer attributes.

Lender Beneficiary Data

Lender Beneficiary data allows Modex users to see who lenders and wholesalers are working with. Look at a lenders retail and wholesale channels to understand competition and prospects. This is also helpful for understanding a loan officer's production, such as down payment assistance.

Census data is updated annually to match historical mortgage production data. By collecting historical census data, we can provide metrics and insights that are relevant to that specific point in time.

Detailed census metrics on the markets a loan officer, branch, or company serve. Metrics include population diversity (race/ethnicity), income (LMI), poverty, unemployment, distressed, and remote/rural.

CRA & Census Filtering

Filter loan officers, branches, and companies by the populations they serve. Filters include diversity (ethnicity/race), income level (LMI), and four different census CRA criteria (poverty, unemployment, distressed, and remote/rural).
