By overlaying historical mortgage production and census datasets, customer's can view detailed metrics on the diversity (race/ethnicity), income level (LMI), and four CRA criteria (distressed, poverty, unemployment, and remote/rural) of the markets a loan officer, branch, or company serve.
Leveraging this data, customers can identify loan officers who are already serving minorities or LMI markets to more quickly reach their CRA goals.
